Palliative insoles are designed for lower-level foot conditions which don not require functional control. Typical conditions for palliative treatment include: plantar fasciitis, pronation, supination, heel spur conditions, chondromalacia, lower back pain, achilles tendonitis, patella-femoral syndrome, and those with an intolerance for expensive custom rigid orthotics.
