Starflex Orthotic Blanks

Versatile polyester resin orthotic blank

Unbreakable - made from fibre-glass reinforced-resin which has been toxicologically tested.

Can be heat moulded in the oven at 130 - 150°C for as little as 2½ - 3 minutes or with a heat gun at the same temperature for 20 - 40 seconds.

Alternatively placing Starflex in boiling water for 10 - 20 seconds permits moulding

Suitable as orthotic base with a lining such as PORON®, Leather, EVA etc
