Shellflex Orthotic Blanks

Polypropylene orthotic shells

Pre-moulded unfinished polypropylene orthotic shells available in black or white.

Cost-effective blanks that can be heated with a heat gun or oven at 120°C. They can also be reheated to achieve the desired shape.

Shellflex may be cut using scissors (it is recommended that the shell be heated first to soften the material and make cutting easier).
